Seeking Co-VP of Fundraising
The PTO needs a Co-VP of Fundraising. Love the online auction? Want to run the behind-the-scenes action of putting it all together? Our very own Christina Falcone will be happy to show a new recruit all there is to know about the auction, from finding vendors to donate their wares to setting up the auction site. Much of this work can be done from home. This is the perfect role for someone who is detail-oriented and excited about fundraising. Join us as we look to offer even more fun ways for the Stratton community to support our PTO. Please email Kelly at [email protected].
Seeking a Community Chair
Do you love to coordinate social events? Are you detail-oriented and good at gathering volunteers and delegating the many, many tasks necessary to pull off fun events like the Ice Cream Social, End-of-Year Social and the Halloween Party? If so, please consider joining the PTO as the Community Chair. Please email Kelly at [email protected].

Volunteers needed: Stratton Science & Engineering Night 2019!
Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0f4aa8ad23a6f85-volunteer
Stratton’s 10th annual Science and Engineering Night will take place on Friday, May 3, 2019, 6:30-8:30 pm in the Stratton Cafeteria (180 Mountain Ave, Arlington, MA) and Gym. Join us for this exciting educational night. New stations this year include a mini-robot-building station and an astronomy table/demo by the Amateur Telescope Makers of Boston.
With many parent-led experiments and educational stations, we’ll need many hands to staff the evening. There will be information for volunteers both before and at the event, so no scientific background is necessary to help. Contact Chandreyee Das ([email protected]) with any questions. Thank you!
Congratulations to Mrs. Meller’s Third Grade Class – Box Top Champs!
Thank you to everyone who clipped Box Tops — these are now becoming field trips, author visits, teacher support, and community events! Please keep saving for next school year! Every top makes a difference.
